There are 18 octagon tables.  Each table has an 11’ Market Umbrella* (cream in color.)

  • 16 tables are 68 inches across. Each seating 8 adults.
  • 1 table is 78 inches across, seating 12 adults.
  • 1 table is 90 inches across, seating 15 adults.
  • The total reception seating is for 154 guests.

*Important Note: When you order tablecloths ask for a “Garden Hole” for the umbrellas.

  • The buffet table is 4'wide x 20' long, 36” to the floor.  There is a festive grapevine chandelier above the buffet table.
  • Wine Barrel table is 3' wide, 11' long.
  • The Beverage Grotto Bar is "L" shaped; 10' service area, 8' side work area, 14" wide.
  • 12 Wine Barrels to use wherever you choose.
  • 4 - 30" Wine Barrel Table Toppers.
  • One - 4 foot round table.
  • White Iron Sweethearts Table and 2 matching chairs.
  • 10 trash cans and a large trash dumpster on site for your use.
